Privacy policy

What we collect. Name, username, email, phone, gender, country, district, post code, address, profession and an optional profile photo. Your address, phone (unless you add it as WhatsApp contact) and email (unless you show it) are never public.

Verification documents. NID or birth certificate images are visible only to verifyb admins, and are deleted 30 days after a decision.

Visitor counting. To run rankings, we store a one-way salted hash of each visitor's IP address — never the IP itself — together with the month and traffic source. View numbers are visible only to admins.

Messages. Messages between you and the verifyb team are stored so both sides can read the conversation.

Your choices. You can unpublish your profile at any time from your dashboard, or ask us to delete your account through Messages.
